About House Plan 8585:
This lovely cottage house plan is everything you could possibly want for your family with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,854 s.f. A cozy covered porch lead you into the family room that features a beautiful fireplace.  A little further in, you'll come to the dining room and then onto the kitchen with large island. Grouped "family" style, all of the bedrooms are located on the right side of the home.  On the left side of the home you'll also find a laundry/mud room area which provides access to a 1/2 bath, the garage, the rear covered deck and upstairs to a bonus room.
